4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription options that allow you to receive products on a recurring basis at a discounted price. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (as selected at the time of enrollment, e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days) unless canceled before the next renewal date. At each renewal, your payment method on file will be automatically charged the then-current subscription price plus applicable taxes and shipping.

4.3 Subscription Pricing

Subscription pricing is set at the time of enrollment and may be subject to change. If we increase the subscription price, we will notify you in advance by email and provide you with the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

4.4 Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Once a renewal charge has been processed, it is subject to our standard return and refund policy.

You may modify your subscription (e.g., change frequency, skip a delivery, or update your shipping address or payment method) at any time through your account or by contacting customer support. Changes must be made before the next processing date to take effect for the upcoming cycle.

4.6 Pausing a Subscription

Where available, you may pause your subscription for a specified period. During a pause, no charges will be incurred and no shipments will be sent. Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the pause period.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Methods

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5.2 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

5.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to the conditions of each promotion.

5.4 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to resolve any issues with your shipment.

5.5 Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.2 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Products must be returned in their original packaging, and the return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

6.3 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

6.4 Conditions and Exclusions

• Products must be returned in their original packaging
• Opened products may be returned under the 30-day guarantee, but must have at least 50% of the product remaining
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product)
• Free gifts or promotional items included with an order must be returned along with the purchased product
• Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error

6.5 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

• Any content obtained from the Site

9.3 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REGENERATION LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

9.4 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations and disclaimers may not apply to you. To the extent that we may not, as a matter of applicable law, disclaim any implied warranty or limit our liabilities, the scope and duration of such warranty and the extent of our liability shall be the minimum permitted under such applicable law.

• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site
• Your misuse of any products purchased from the Site, including failure to follow product usage instructions or to consult a healthcare professional as recommended

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lee County, Florida for the resolution of any disputes.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site through informal negotiation. You agree to contact us in writing describing the nature of the dispute and your desired resolution. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Lee County, Florida, or at another mutually agreed location, and shall be conducted by a single arbitrator.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND REGENERATION LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

12.4 Small Claims Court

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek resolution of a dispute in small claims court in Lee County, Florida, if the claim qualifies for small claims court jurisdiction.

12.5 Injunctive Relief

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Regeneration LLC concerning the use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

13.3 Waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Regeneration LLC.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or supply chain disruptions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated via email to registered account holders or through a prominent notice on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately.
